Steffen Kallbekken
Steffen Kallbekken is Research Director for the Climate Economics Unit at CICERO. His research interests lie at the intersection of behavioural economics and climate policy instruments. He has worked with international climate agreement, mitigation of short-lived climate forcers, public acceptance for environmental taxes and other policy instruments, emissions trading, CDM, long-term climate targets.

Dr. Kallbekken is currently Director of CICEP, the Center for International Climate and Energy Policy, a research consortium hosted by CICERO. He has conducted a substantial amount of research on the public acceptability of climate, energy and transport policies, as well as several studies on consumer energy decisions.
